Fellowship

At Hatboro Covenant Presbyterian Church, relationships are foundational to our community. God chose to enter into a relationship of mercy and salvation with us through His Son, Jesus Christ, and He instructs us in His Word to seek to love, serve, and draw encouragement from one another in His Name. At Covenant, we strive to foster this sense of Christ-centered community in a variety of ways:

Sunday Fellowship Time: After our Sunday worship services, we invite everyone to join us for a time of fellowship over coffee and refreshments. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, catch up with friends, and build meaningful relationships.

Small Groups: Engage in smaller groups for prayer, Bible study, and fellowship. These intimate gatherings allow for deeper connections and provide a supportive environment where you can grow in your faith alongside others.

Congregation-Wide Events: We periodically host congregation-wide breakfasts, picnics, and dinners. These events bring our church family together to share meals and enjoy each other’s company.

Dine-In/Dine-Out Groups: Participate in our dine-in/dine-out groups, which offer a chance for small groups to get to know one another better in a relaxed, social setting.

Special Events: On occasion, we host special events and offer refreshments and an opportunity to talk afterward. These gatherings are perfect for fostering a sense of belonging and togetherness.

Family-in-Christ Focus: We strive to reinforce the reality that we are a family in Christ where every member is essential. When visitors attend, we offer them a loaf of welcome bread to show that we care about them personally.

Caring for Each Other: When members are sick or rejoicing in the birth of a new child, volunteers from the church deliver home-cooked meals to their homes, showing love and support in times of need.

Weekly Connections: Each week, many members of our church family linger well after the service has concluded to catch up on each other’s lives and strengthen existing friendships.
